Kelly is a Certified Transformational Master Coach and a Professional Certified Coach accredited by ICF. She has over 15 years of coaching and counselling experience in the social service sector as well as the corporate sector.
Kelly has been providing coaching, training and HR consulting for employees and managers of Fortune 500 companies and government organizations. She has coached employees and managers in managing their personal and work challenges. Using the strength-based approach, she identifies and works with coachees to utilize their strengths, helping them to align themselves to their personal and career goals and achieving the professional success they are aiming for.
In addition, Kelly had been involved in delivering talks and providing training to employees to increase their organization and personal effectiveness. She ran talks and workshops in relation to work life balance, stress management and team work.
Kelly has also been involved in conducting people management trainings such as Leading & Managing Change to companies who are undergoing changes. She has been called up to provide crisis debriefing and training in crisis situations (such as suicides, sexual assaults, accidents, plane incidents etc.)
Kelly’s passion is to help individuals lead a fulfilling life by identifying their core drivers and aligning with their strengths. She spends her free time soaking in nature, exploring new ideas and spending time with her twin daughters.
While she started off her career in organizational practices in psychology, Lynette also had an interest in the special needs sector, which culminated in a publication within a scientific journal for research in understanding parental needs and perspectives.
As her career progressed and took her to a different sector, Lynette advanced to become one of the directors, managing sales team managers. Having experience in understanding how the trajectory of professional growth is interwoven with personal life while working with many Fortune 500 companies, she is a proponent of how organizational structures can seek to be a supportive force for employees, to create win-win situations for businesses.
Lynette is passionate about self-development and achieving a balance between a problem-focused approach, and a positive orientation of being able to master, to grow, and to serve. In her free time, Lynette enjoys learning new concepts and ideas, and spending time with her dog.
Vincent has vast experiences exceeding 20 years from the finance and banking sector, covering his tenure mainly with Citibank Singapore Limited as a Vice President, Sales Head.
He first started off his career in the area of mass market consumer banking, while developing his business acumen in sales management via multiple innovation sales and distribution channels. In the short span of a few years, Vincent advanced his role into being a manager of managers covering all aspects of sales leadership with stints in the consumer, retail, affluent, and investment banking segments.
His passion for entrepreneurship has led him into numerous investments and businesses involving corporate Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Markets with advancements across Asia.
Vincent started his horology journey more than a decade ago with his first serious timepiece in 2008. Today, he remains as an enthusiastic watch collector, and spends his time sharing about his passion with the community on social media. In recent years, Vincent had also developed a personal interest in the field of caring for children with special needs, and is keen on contributing meaningful changes to the development of this area, in line with some of the specialized programs developed by the company. Aside from this, he is also an ardent super-car aficionado, and currently serving as Treasurer in his social automotive group, Lamborghini Club Singapore.

Ng Wei Wei
Wei Wei holds a Masters of Social Science in Professional Counselling from Swinburne University of Technology, Australia. She has also completed an Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) by the Institute for Adult Learning of the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA) and accredited Triple P (Positive Parenting Program) trainer.
Wei Wei has more than 14 years of experience working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, facing with various behavioral, emotional and psychological issues. Previously, she was engaged as a work life coach by an Employee Assistance Program provider to provide counseling, coaching, talks and training for corporate clients in regards to personal, family and work related issues. During her employment with non-profit organizations, she provided needs assessment, grief counseling and funding-related advice to families in crisis. She was involved with mentoring, case management and counseling for families with finance, career, family and personal issues.
Before her transit into professional counseling, Wei Wei spent 5 years in the corporate sector. Her experience includes a senior executive position in DiGi Communications where she worked with internal departments and external competitors to resolve disputes and establish the sharing of resources. Additionally, her work in NTT MSC as a strategic officer required her to set up strategic liaisons for departments and conduct business forecasting. The years of corporate work have familiarized Wei Wei with organizational issues, and the challenges involving change and people management.
